From Lecture Halls to Client Calls
Nevielly didn’t expect her journey to unfold quite like this. Fresh out of university with a degree in Computer Science, she found herself stepping into a role that was more business-facing than technical.
Her university years were filled with challenges; late nights, moments of self-doubt, and the pressure of keeping up with her peers. But through it all, she grew stronger, more resilient, and more grounded in her values.
Driven by a desire to build a meaningful life and guided by her faith, Nevielly embodies humility, integrity, and a commitment to doing things the right way.
“Each year came with its own lessons,” she reflects. “Looking back, I’m proud of how much I’ve learned and how far I’ve come.”
Her guiding principle, rooted in humility, faith, and integrity, is perhaps best reflected by a verse that has quietly steered her path: Proverbs 3:5–6 “Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to Him, and He will make your paths straight.”
Entering the workforce right after graduation was a daunting step, especially moving from a technical background into a more business-oriented position. But with the support of her team and a willingness to learn, she quickly found her footing.
Bridging the Gap Between Tech and People
Now three months into her role as a Solutions Consultant, Nevielly plays a pivotal role in bridging the gap between clients and internal teams. Her work involves helping clients articulate their challenges and translating those into actionable digital solutions. She also contributes to proposal and scope writing, ensuring that solutions are not only technically sound, but also aligned with business needs.
Her appointment to this role was a strategic move. SNS Tech recognized the need for someone who could connect the dots between business development and technical delivery; someone with a strong technical foundation, excellent communication skills, and a growth mindset. Nevielly fit that profile perfectly!
Her role is expected to evolve into one of leadership in solution design, mentoring others, and shaping solution frameworks across departments. Her background in computer science is seen as a strength that will continue to inform her approach to problem-solving and innovation.

Future Vision and Impact
Looking ahead to completing her first year with SNS Tech, she shares with optimism, “I hope to grow more confident in client interactions and deepen my understanding of technical solutions.”
On the question of who inspires her, Nevielly quickly highlights her uncle. She admires the way he carries himself both professionally and personally, describing him as someone whose integrity, humility, and work ethic have left a lasting impression.
“My role model is my mum’s youngest brother. The person that he is in his professional life and personal life is truly inspiring.”
Nevielly’s role is part of a broader strategy at SNS Tech to improve client satisfaction and drive innovation. The Solutions Consultant position was created to ensure that solutions are designed with both business and technology in mind, closing the gap between client needs and technical delivery.
