SNS Tech is a Papua New Guinea-owned ICT and digital services company headquartered in Port Moresby, with an office in Gosford, NSW, Australia. We deliver web development, IT services, and digital solutions to government, financial institutions, NGOs, and SMEs across Papua New Guinea and the Pacific. Our Digital team manages social media and content production for a growing portfolio of retainer clients.

The Content Creator (Digital Media) role is based in Port Moresby, and is responsible for producing high-quality visual content that drives social media performance across SNS Tech’s client accounts and internal channels. This role exists to increase content output, improve creative quality, and reduce reliance on third-party production. The Content Creator is the production engine that enables the Digital team to deliver consistent, campaign-aligned content at scale.

Content Production

• Plan and produce monthly content batches for each assigned SMM client, aligned to their content calendar and campaign objectives.
• Execute on-site photo and video shoots at client locations, completing a minimum of two shoots per week.
• Edit short-form video content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, Facebook, and paid ad placements using CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or equivalent tools.
• Design supporting graphics and visual assets using Canva or Adobe Suite, aligned to each client’s brand guidelines.
• Maintain an organised content library per client, with all assets filed, labelled, and accessible to the Head of Digital.

Client and Campaign Alignment

• Work directly with the Head of Digital on weekly content calendars, ensuring briefs are received, actioned, and delivered within agreed turnaround windows.
• Align all creative output with active campaign objectives and platform-specific KPIs including reach, engagement rate, and click-through rate.
• Receive and action client feedback within one working day, with revised assets delivered by the following business day.
• Flag any brief gaps, resource constraints, or creative risks to the Head of Digital before they affect delivery timelines.

Internal SNS Tech Channels

• Produce content for SNS Tech’s own social media channels as directed, including company announcements, case studies, team moments, and service promotions.
• Support the Head of Digital and Head of Business and Operations with ad hoc content requirements tied to business development or proposals.

Required

• Demonstrated portfolio of short-form video content produced for Reels, TikTok, or equivalent platforms. A minimum of five to ten examples is required at application.
• Proficiency in mobile and DSLR photography, with working knowledge of lighting, framing, and composition in real-world settings.
• Hands-on video editing experience using CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or equivalent software.
• Working knowledge of Canva or Adobe Suite for graphic design and visual asset creation.
• Clear understanding of how content drives paid ad performance and organic social media engagement.
• Ability to follow brand briefs, maintain brand consistency across multiple client accounts, and meet production deadlines.
• Self-managed, proactive, and capable of operating independently in the field without close supervision.

Advantageous

• Before-and-after engagement data demonstrating content performance impact.
• Experience producing paid ad creatives for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube or LinkedIn ad campaigns.
• Familiarity with social media scheduling tools and content calendar management workflows.
• Experience managing content production across multiple client accounts simultaneously.
• Knowledge of the Papua New Guinean business and consumer market.
