The Creative Designer is responsible for producing high-quality, brand-aligned creative work across SNS Tech and client projects. The role supports digital and print design, branding, website and UI assets, marketing collateral, corporate publications, social media, photography, video and motion graphics. Working within the Digital Team, the Creative Designer will translate briefs and project requirements into professional creative outputs delivered to agreed quality standards and timelines.

Graphic Design & Brand Development

• Develop creative assets for digital campaigns, social media, and websites
• Design corporate materials including brochures, business cards, pitch decks, and reports
• Create illustrations, icons, and brand-aligned visual elements
• Support brand development for SNS Tech and client projects
• Maintain consistency of brand look and feel across all media
• Design company profiles, capability statements, product catalogues, proposals, presentations, reports and other corporate publications.
• Develop website graphics, banners, icons, interface assets and other UI/UX design elements in collaboration with the Web Development Team.
• Prepare artwork for digital publication and commercial printing, including correct dimensions, bleed, resolution and colour profiles.
• Develop and maintain reusable templates, master layouts and design systems for recurring client and internal requirements.

Multimedia & Motion Graphics

• Produce short videos, animations, and motion graphics for marketing and training use
• Support internal and partner content needs across all social media platforms, including but not limited to LinkedIn, Instagram, websites, and pitch materials
• Edit and enhance photos and videos for digital publishing
• Capture and edit photography and video content for internal, event, campaign, social media and client requirements where required.

Brand Consistency & Visual Standards

• Ensure cohesive visual identity across all media, maintaining SNS Tech’s design standards
• Uphold visual quality and brand alignment across both internal initiatives and external deliverables
• Support the creation and maintenance of brand guidelines, templates, and reusable design systems

Design Process & Stakeholder Collaboration

• Work closely with the Digital, Business Development, and Project Teams to understand visual requirements
• Translate client briefs and internal needs into clear, engaging visuals
• Participate in planning sessions and reviews, adjusting designs based on feedback
• Manage multiple priorities across different teams and deadlines
• Take ownership of assigned creative tasks from brief and concept development through revisions, final artwork and handover.
• Maintain assigned tasks and project progress in JIRA, including accurate status updates, deadlines, comments, dependencies and completion of deliverables.
• Manage design files, editable source files and project assets using established naming, version control and filing standards.
• Work within agreed revision cycles and escalate missing content, unclear requirements, dependencies or delivery risks early.

Core Requirements

• Diploma, degree or equivalent qualification in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, Digital Media or a related field. Demonstrated professional experience supported by a strong portfolio will also be considered.
• Minimum 2 years of practical graphic design or creative production experience preferred.
• Professional portfolio demonstrating work across branding, corporate collateral, digital design, social media and print is required. Website/UI design, publications, photography, video or motion graphics experience is an advantage.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign. Experience with After Effects and Premiere Pro is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Canva for the development, adaptation and management of digital, presentation and social media creative assets and reusable templates.
• Working proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications, particularly PowerPoint, Word and Teams.
• Working proficiency in CapCut or comparable video editing tools for short-form video, social media content and basic motion graphics.
• Working knowledge of Figma or comparable interface design tools for website, UI and digital design.
• Experience using JIRA or comparable project management tools to manage assigned tasks, priorities, deadlines, feedback and project progress.
• Experience designing for both internal and external client or partner-facing projects.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage feedback from multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Strong understanding of typography, layout, composition, colour, branding and visual hierarchy.
• Practical understanding of print production requirements and preparation of print-ready artwork.
• Ability to interpret creative briefs, develop appropriate concepts and execute approved designs with limited supervision.

Advantageous

• Photography and photo editing experience is an advantage.
• Basic working knowledge of WordPress, HTML/CSS, or CMS platforms is an advantage
