We provide tech support to clients by analyzing, troubleshooting and evaluating technology issues, comprising hardware and software assets. Our goal is to ensure that all IT-related functions within your organisation work seamlessly, and your business processes are efficient.

Tasks involved include:

1. Desktop support
• Software and hardware support.
• Data backup and system security
• Implement and maintain system hardening tools on end-client computers.
• Printer setup and configuration in a SOHO setup.

2. Network maintenance and support
• Wi-Fi integration and maintenance.
• Cable patching and troubleshooting of switches, routers and access point.

3. Microsoft 365 support and administration
• Email setup and backup to Microsoft exchange server.
• Deploy security policies from Microsoft’s Advance Threat Protection services.
• Conduct trainings and create content and material related to MS 365 and Cyber Security.
