As we close out the year, we also bid farewell to one of our valued team members, Monty. He was part of SNS tech first cohort interns, joining the IT department with enthusiasm, and strong desire to learn.
His dedication and growth from one of our pioneer interns led him to transitioning into a full-time IT Support Officer; becoming a reliable and approachable team member who was always ready to assist with a bright smile.
Monty’s journey with us is a testament to the potential of the SNS Tech Internship Program. His growth reflects our commitment to training and developing passionate young Papua New Guineans, helping them step into the workforce and build strong foundations for their career paths.
