Pacific Architects faced slow connectivity, intermittent data storage and limited file sharing. The engagement also included recovery of data from a server affected by ransomware.
Our contribution.
SNS Tech recovered data, coordinated a change of internet provider, introduced wireless access points and migrated emails and data to Office 365. The work also included software updates and IT and cybersecurity policies.
The result.
The project improved connectivity and access to cloud collaboration tools. Director Rai Mou reported better internal and external connectivity and improved data transfers with offshore partners.
