Connecting citizens to public services.
Working with PNG’s Department of Information and Communications Technology, SNS Tech led a global and local technical team to deliver digital identity, wallet and citizen service platforms.
At launch: SevisPortal enabled access to 9 government-to-citizen digital services through identity verification and a mobile-ready SevisWallet.
A more connected way to work.
SNS Tech recovered data following a ransomware incident, improved connectivity and Wi-Fi, migrated emails and data to Office 365, and introduced IT and cybersecurity policies.
The result: Better collaboration, cloud access and a stronger foundation for everyday operations.
A clearer roadmap for resilient IT.
A two-week assessment in October 2024 covered network, server and endpoint infrastructure, alongside the organisation’s website and social channels.
The deliverable: Prioritised recommendations to address security gaps, improve reliability and support the organisation’s five-year ICT action plan.
Helping a local business reach further.
From a responsive e-commerce website and online payments to integrated order management, SNS Tech has supported Tapioca Delight’s digital growth.
The benefit: A more convenient way for international customers to order and pay, with connected systems supporting the business behind the scenes.
Digital skills that reach beyond the training room.
A four-day Training of Trainers programme combined Reelae LMS with Microsoft 365 for FODE coordinators and assistant coordinators. Practical exercises connected OneDrive, SharePoint, Teams and Outlook with teaching and administration workflows.
Putting learning into practice: Provincial teams applied their skills in a course-delivery simulation, preparing them to share their learning with colleagues.
